226 ADELAIDE TERRACE, PERTH WA
Facade and recladding transformation of the 226 Adelaide Terrace building.
Key features:
Removal of all ACP
Replace with Ultracore G2
Replace all non-compliant insulation, sarking and packers
Worked with client to incorporate Development Approval into timeline to allow for building façade to be changed to a more modern colour scheme
Full pedestrian gantry, custom birdcage scaffold, rope access works and multiple EWP’s on site

FACADE RECLADDING PROJECT
20 PARKLAND ROAD, OSBORNE PARK, WA
Recladding for the entirety of the 20 Parkland Road building.
Key features:
Removal of ACP
Replace with Ultracore G2
Replace all non-compliant insulation, sarking and packers
Sunshades removed from site and reclad offsite to reduce time on site and impact to car bays
Minimal impact was a priority for the tenants with car bay access catered for in the execution of the project
