Comprehensive fitout of MinterEllison’s new premises, located at One the Esplanade, transforming the warm shell of the base building into a sophisticated and modern workspace. One of the many highlights of this fitout includes the proposed interconnecting spiral staircase, which links the Levels 8 and 9 workplace seamlessly together.
Every detail of the fitout, from the selection and procurement of materials to the craftsmanship of the finishes, will showcase West to West Group’s unwavering pursuit of delivering excellence for our clients and subsequent end users.

Spanning over 1000m2, this project exemplifies our expertise in managing and executing complex, large scale fitouts. With its location in a sensitive urban environment and the necessity to work within a live building, this project demanded meticulous planning, intricate coordination with the Head Contractor, and a robust collaboration with various stakeholders.

The Ground Floor and Level 1 of Storage King Capalaba underwent a significant refurbishment & structural Upgrade.

West to West Group successfully delivered simultaneous fitouts across Levels 10, 17, and 18 of 108 St Georges Terrace, covering a total of 2,550m² in one of Western Australia’s A-Grade buildings.
