Comprehensive fitout of MinterEllison’s new premises, located at One the Esplanade, transforming the warm shell of the base building into a sophisticated and modern workspace. One of the many highlights of this fitout includes the proposed interconnecting spiral staircase, which links the Levels 8 and 9 workplace seamlessly together.

Every detail of the fitout, from the selection and procurement of materials to the craftsmanship of the finishes, will showcase West to West Group’s unwavering pursuit of delivering excellence for our clients and subsequent end users.

West to West Group has successfully delivered a multilevel, state-of-the-art childcare facility fitout within One The Esplanade. Spanning over 1000m2, this project exemplifies our expertise in managing and executing complex, large scale fitouts. With its location in a sensitive urban environment and the necessity to work within a live building, this project demanded meticulous planning, intricate coordination with the Head Contractor, and a robust collaboration with various stakeholders.

The Ground Floor and Level 1 of Storage King Capalaba underwent a significant refurbishment & structural Upgrade.

Key features:

  • Refurbishment of existing ground floor office, including demolition of existing fitout to create new reception, open retail area, staff kitchen and toilet

  • Demolition of Level 1 apartment and conversion to expansive storage area

  • Structural reinforcement of existing level 1 slab to increase load capacity for additional storage units, which included piling to the structural foundation and installation of steel columns and beams, and fitout of Level 1 with 19 new storage units

Level 10, 17 and 18, 108 St Georges Terrace, Perth

West to West Group successfully delivered simultaneous fitouts across Levels 10, 17, and 18 of 108 St Georges Terrace, covering a total of 2,550m² in one of Western Australia’s A-Grade buildings. The project showcased advanced coordination and craftsmanship, integrating cost-effective, high-impact design and construction methods to create elegant, functional spaces. The fitouts were completed on time and within budget, meeting the client’s objective to attract tenants, while maintaining quality and safety throughout.

Delivery of a comprehensive fitout for Acknowledge Education located in Perth CBD.

This 2-storey space is a quaint addition to Acknowledge Educations ever expanding campus. The new space flows into their existing neighbouring tenancy and provides additional offices and 13 classrooms, fitted with plug-and-play capabilities. 

The expansion boasts new breakout areas, offices, and staff rooms allowing the new tenancy to cater for an additional 600+ enrolments.
