Embracing the site’s significant heritage, the project aims to transform the former Karma Rottnest site into a 109-room resort.

It underscores our proficiency in modernising existing structures and rejuvenating older buildings to align with contemporary requirements.

West to West Group shall be responsible for the completion of the following scope on behalf of VAT 116:

  • Installation of a new external feature structural steel canopy around the building perimeter

  • Installation of architectural feature Façade cladding and lighting

  • Installation of new service systems including entertainment lighting and control internally

  • Detailed internal fitout works including installation of a substantial of bespoke joinery and staging package

  • Roof Recladding works (undertaken by our internal West to West roofing team)

BENNETT SPRINGS CHILDCARE FACILITY

Following a successful Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase, West to West Group has been selected as the construction partner for the Bennett Springs Childcare Facility. Located on a site area of 2,217m2, the development is primed to feature a gross floor area (GFA) of 857m2 and a functional efficiency floor area (FECA) of 695m2.

This single-storey Childcare Centre includes front-of-house and back-of-house services and amenities to provide care and education for 96 children. The scope also includes 500m2 of parking solutions, including 24 carparks, external pavements, engaging playscapes and landscaping to the surrounds. In addition to the construction of the facility, West to West Group will also undertake the detailed fitout of all internal areas.

At West to West Group, our primary objective remains to align design and build costs with our client’s feasibility and budget, ensuring the realisation of projects while fostering positive outcomes for our clients.
