From our beginnings in maintenance, we have grown into who we are today, delivering projects and supporting assets across Western Australia and Queensland.
We build from the ground up, give existing spaces new purpose and keep buildings performing long after handover. From new construction and complex refurbishments through to fitouts, minor works and ongoing maintenance, our capability extends across the full life of a building.
We stay close to the work, stand behind what we deliver and remain there for whatever comes next.

How we got here
Starting out
West to West started in Perth with a van, a set of tools and a practical approach to doing the work properly.
The early years were built on carpentry jobs, maintenance call-outs and repeat clients, with each job helping shape the standard the business still works to today.
Building maintenance
Maintenance quickly became more than call-outs.
Small jobs grew into long-term contracts, supported by in-house trades, schedulers, operations managers and a fleet built to respond when clients need us.
Expanding into Queensland
Queensland began with maintenance and grew from there.
Today, the operation delivers maintenance, fitout, minor works and construction, building local capability across the state.
Fitout and minor works
As the work grew, so did the scope.
Maintenance jobs naturally led into refurbishments, fitout projects and minor works, giving clients a team that already understood their sites, buildings and operational needs.
West to West Indigenous
West to West Indigenous was established to create stronger opportunities through employment, subcontractor engagement and project delivery.
It continues to support meaningful participation across maintenance, fitout and construction projects.
Launching construction
In 2022, West to West launched its construction division.
Early projects included the $18 million refurbishment of 186 St Georges Terrace, a complex staged project delivered in an occupied commercial environment and later recognised at the 2024 Master Builders WA Awards.
The Lodge Wadjemup
The Lodge Wadjemup changed the scale of construction at West to West.
The redevelopment of the former Karma Rottnest site into a 109-room resort brought together hospitality construction, heritage refurbishment and complex logistics in one of Western Australia’s most unique locations.
One group, three divisions
By 2024, West to West was operating across maintenance, fitout and construction in Western Australia, Queensland and Tasmania.
Each division had grown in its own right, giving clients access to broader capability across the life of their built assets.
Continuing to build bigger
In 2026, Serai Apartments reaches completion as West to West’s largest construction project to date, alongside the scheduled handover of Sandcastles, Boodja Mia, Western Australia’s first children’s hospice.
Across the Group, West to West continues to grow through larger projects, broader capability and the same standard that shaped the business from the beginning.

Projects are planned carefully, risks are addressed early and our in-house HSEQ team stays involved from start to finish.

West to West holds ISO 14001 certification and applies environmental management practices across every project.
This means reducing waste, managing materials carefully and limiting the impact construction has on the surrounding environment.

Led by Bianca Clark, a proud Whadjuk Noongar and Wongi woman, West to West Indigenous plays an important role in how we engage with communities and create opportunities through our work.
This partnership reflects a shared commitment to building a stronger, more inclusive industry while supporting meaningful outcomes for Indigenous people and businesses.
