Contract Administrator

Michael has been involved in tendering, estimating and contract administration on multiple projects since graduation from Curtin University with a Construction Management degree in 2017.

Being with West to West Group for over 12 months, Michael has worked closely with the project team to deliver highly complex projects on time and within budget, whilst collaborating and enhancing client relationships.

By working within live and complicated environments, Michael has developed a wide range of skills and knowledge of the construction industry, whilst demonstrating his organisational and interpersonal and communicative skills.

General Manager - Maintenace

Andrew is our General Manager – Maintenance with over 15 years’ experience in Project Management working with building owners, facility managers, building tenants, local authorities and contractors.
Andrew specialises in large scale projects, with one of his projects taking out the Harold Krantz Award at the 2018 Australian Institute of Architects WA for a multi-storey 125 unit Apartment Development, located right in the heart of Perth on Palmerston St.
Andrew is West to West Aluminium Composite Panel replacement specialist, looking after all the ACP replacement jobs at West to West. He is also overseeing the team that manages the maintenance for Western Power with sites from Geraldton to Kalgoorlie to Esperance and everywhere in between.

Matt has over 25 years of experience in Contract Administration, Estimating & Management roles in the building industry. He has been involved in projects from different sectors of the industry including fitout, retail, commercial, industrial, healthcare, defence and multi-residential.

This diverse range of projects have allowed Matt to develop a good knowledge of the industry and develop a broad range of skills. Complementing these skills are Matt’s good communication and organisational skills and a focus on client experience and project delivery.

Trish is our multi-tasking master, also known as our Office General Manager, and Financial Controller.
She is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years’ experience internationally, managing all aspects of the finance department and administration team.
With her solid understanding of the financial management requirements of a growing construction company, Trish conducts regular audits, supervises regular training, manages the office team and oversees all financial aspects of the group.
